A one-day fieldtrip (14 of may) will be held in the Middle-Upper Jurassic successions of Ardèche, near La-Voulte-sur-Rhône. Thick successions made of marl-limestone alternations outcrop there, and a Lagerstätt with soft bodies of invertebrates occurs in Callovian sediments. We will visit a geological protected site thanks to the Conseil Général d’Ardèche. Mr Didier Boulle (Espaces Naturels Sensibles, Service Environnement, Département de l’Ardèche) will accompany us.
A fieldtrip guidebook will be available for attendees.
